Installation Notes:

Everything arrives pre-wired with a 5.5m harness — you only need to connect 3 wires to power it up. No external condenser needed. Simply cut the roof opening, bolt from the inside, connect power and you're done. Internal panel bolts in neatly with sealing gaskets included.

⚠️ Please note: This unit is not pre-gassed and must be charged with R134a refrigerant during installation. This ensures optimal performance based on your specific setup.

Pickup or Shipping:

To keep costs down for our customers, these large rooftop air-conditioning units are now shipped directly to your door from our supplier. This way, you avoid double-handling and unnecessary warehousing costs.

Standard freight takes approximately 4–6 weeks. For customers needing their unit sooner, we also offer express delivery which can reduce wait times significantly for an additional $300.

All units are shipped in protective packaging, fully tested, and ready to install—delivered straight to your doorstep.
