Protect Your 12V Battery From Over-Discharge

This 12V Low Voltage Battery Cut-Off Controller is designed to help protect storage and lithium batteries by switching off the connected load when battery voltage drops below the set value. It is a practical safeguard for 12V electrical systems used in cars, utes, 4WDs, caravans, RVs, trailers, boats and workshop battery setups.

Automatic Cut-Off And Reconnect Function

When the battery voltage falls below the selected cut-off point, the controller disconnects the load to help reduce the risk of excessive battery discharge. Once the battery voltage rises back to the selected recovery value, the module can automatically reconnect the load, making it useful for auxiliary battery systems and general DC protection setups.

Adjustable Voltage Settings

The controller allows both the turn-off voltage and turn-on voltage to be adjusted using the onboard buttons. With 0.1V control precision and a listed voltage error of ±0.1V, it gives users practical control over when their 12V system disconnects and reconnects based on battery condition.

20A Control Current For DC Loads

Designed for 12V storage batteries and lithium batteries, this controller supports a control current of up to 20A. It is suitable for compatible DC loads where battery protection is needed, including lighting circuits, small accessories, low-voltage equipment and protected DIY electrical installations.

LED Indicator For Battery Status

The built-in LED indicator helps show when the battery is in an under-voltage condition, giving a clear visual reference during operation. This makes it easier to monitor system status in battery boxes, panels, 12V storage setups and accessory control circuits.

Compact And Lightweight Installation

The controller has a compact body size of approximately 8cm x 4.3cm x 2.8cm and weighs around 40g, making it easy to position inside a protected 12V electrical setup. It is well suited to enclosed installations where space is limited, such as caravan panels, auxiliary battery boxes, vehicle accessory systems and workshop DC projects.

Simple Reset And Practical Use

The controller includes a factory reset function by holding the S1 and S2 buttons until the display shows 888. Each package includes one battery under-voltage controller, ready to be wired into a compatible 12V DC system. Correct wiring, current limits and battery compatibility should always be checked before installation.
