Does a battery need to be tied down for roadworthy?
Yes. In Australia the battery must be securely mounted so it cannot move. A proper hold down clamp does the job.

Which length do I need?
Measure across the top of your battery. The short bar suits smaller batteries, the long bar suits most full size car batteries.
