The fitting you need to run AN braided line to an LS fuel rail, EFI filter or factory hard line with push-on quick connects. No cutting or re-flaring factory lines.

  • AN6 or AN8 to 3/8" or 5/16" EFI quick connect
  • Straight and 90 degree styles (see photos)
  • Aluminium body
  • Sold individually

Which style do I need?

  • Female Socket (Blue or Black Clip): male AN thread one end, quick-connect socket the other. Clicks straight onto a male EFI tube, like the inlet on an LS fuel rail or a factory hard line. Both clips do the same job.
  • Straight Male Spigot: male AN thread one end, male EFI tube the other. Plugs into a factory female quick connect, like the end of a factory fuel hose or filter.
  • 90° Elbow Male Spigot: female AN swivel one end, male EFI tube the other, at 90 degrees. Same job as the straight spigot where space is tight.

3/8" or 5/16" is the size of the factory EFI tube you are connecting to. Most LS rails are 3/8".

AN8 1/2" 12.7 mm 3/4"-16

Frequently asked questions

What size fuel fitting does an LS engine use?
Most LS fuel rails use a 3/8" quick connect, some use 5/16". An AN6 to 3/8" quick connect adapter is the most common way to run braided line to an LS rail.

What size fuel line do I need for my horsepower?
As a rough guide on petrol EFI: AN6 is good to around 500 hp, AN8 to around 800 hp, AN10 beyond that. E85 needs about 30 percent more fuel, so go up a size if you are running it.

Do AN fittings need thread tape or sealant?
No. The seal is made on the 37 degree flare, not the thread, so keep tape and sealant off the AN side. Only the NPT (tapered pipe) end of an adapter needs sealant.
