Best practice is a new washer each time. Copper hardens once crushed, so a used one may not seal again.

Can I anneal them?
Yes. Heat to dull red and quench in water to soften a copper washer for reuse in a pinch.

Which size do banjo bolts use?
Most brake banjo bolts are M10, so use the 10 mm washers. Check your bolt before fitting.
