Frequently asked questions
Can I make my own braided brake lines with these?
Plenty of builders do, using AN3 PTFE hose and stainless ends. Brakes are safety critical, so check your local rules and get the lines checked by an engineer or brake shop if you are unsure.
Will they fit rubber braided hose?
No. They are made for PTFE lined hose. Use standard AN hose ends for rubber hose.
Is the olive included?
Yes, each end comes with its brass olive. Fit a new olive if you ever rebuild the end.
What is M10 x 1.0 used on?
It is a common metric thread on brake calipers, master cylinders, clutch slaves and many small turbo oil feeds.
