This DC Battery Capacity Voltmeter is designed to display battery voltage and remaining capacity across compatible DC battery systems. It is a practical display solution for cars, caravans, RVs, electric vehicles, battery boxes, workshop panels and DIY electrical setups where simple battery status monitoring is required.

Wide 8-100V DC Measuring Range

The meter supports a voltage measurement range of DC 8V to 100V, making it suitable for a wide range of battery systems including 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 72V and 84V applications. It is useful for checking battery voltage and charge status without needing a separate handheld tester.

Supports Lead-Acid, Lithium And LiFePO4 Batteries

The display includes selectable modes for lead-acid batteries, ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries. Lead-acid mode supports DC 12V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 72V and 84V settings, ternary lithium mode supports L03 to L20 strings, and lithium iron phosphate mode supports F03 to F23 strings.

Custom High And Low Voltage Settings

For battery systems outside the preset modes, the meter allows custom high and low voltage range settings within DC 8-100V. This helps match the display to the actual battery discharge and full-charge voltage, improving the accuracy of the capacity display for different battery setups.

Low-Voltage Alarm Display

The meter includes a low-voltage alarm flashing function. When the battery voltage drops below the selected alarm value, the display can show a flashing warning symbol to help alert the user before the battery becomes too discharged. If a custom alarm is not set, the display uses its default low-battery warning behaviour.

LCD Display With Backlight Control

The LCD screen provides a clear battery reading and is available in different display colour options depending on the selected variant. The backlight can be set to automatically turn off after approximately 10 seconds or remain on continuously, making it suitable for dashboard, panel and battery box installations.

Compact Panel-Mount Design

The meter has a compact external size of approximately 61.3mm x 33.3mm x 13.5mm, with an opening size of approximately 58.5mm x 28.5mm. The 20cm cable length supports neat installation into panels, dashboards, battery boxes and other protected electrical mounting locations.

Low Power Consumption For Ongoing Monitoring

The unit is designed for efficient operation, with working current listed below 15mA and standby current below 5mA. Measurement accuracy is listed at 1% ±1, with a measurement speed of approximately two readings per second for responsive battery status updates.

Flexible Installation Options

For vehicle use, the meter can be connected to a suitable positive and negative power source such as a fuse box, battery switch circuit or compatible vehicle electrical connection. For electric vehicles and motorcycles, it can also be connected through the instrument panel wiring or electric door lock circuit where suitable. Correct polarity and wiring should always be followed during installation.
