Frequently asked questions

Does fire sleeve go over the hose end too?
No. This sleeve covers the hose. Slide it on before fitting the hose ends, then finish the ends with tape or hose finisher clamps.

Is fire sleeve worth it on a fuel line near the headers?
Yes. Keeping heat off the fuel line helps stop fuel boiling and vapour lock, and protects the hose.

Can I use it on wiring?
Yes, it suits wiring looms, sensor leads and starter cables near the exhaust.
