You can buy same stereo off ebay for half the price what comes with everything doesn't come with antenna adapter for electric antenna to work doesn't even come with the stereo mounted to the facia or screws to mount it no fitting instructions there steering wheel upgrade with steering wheel controls don't plug into there stereo not plug and play if you have to cut wires and join them only good thing is there customer service has been good

Joshua, let’s be real — from the moment your gear arrived, it’s been nothing but complaints.

Saying you can buy “the same unit on eBay for half the price” proves you don’t understand what you’ve purchased. Ours aren’t eBay knockoffs — they’re top-tier head units running Android 15 (the latest in Australia), powered by 8-core processors and a standalone Bluetooth chip no other seller offers. That’s not something you’ll find in a budget listing.

Your complaint about the steering wheel wiring just shows a lack of understanding — you’re doing a modification. Like all mods, sometimes basic wiring is needed depending on the vehicle, and we supplied full instructions to help with that. Expecting a plug-and-play experience on a fully custom aftermarket setup isn’t realistic.

You even had a go at the reverse camera, saying it had no instructions — those were included in the package we sent at our cost to help you out.

As for your comment about the stereo not being mounted to the fascia — we don’t do that for a reason. The unit is shipped in specialized transport packaging to protect it. Taking it out and throwing that packaging away just so we can screw it into the fascia for you would be completely unprofessional. That’s yet another baseless complaint.

We’re proud of the premium products and service we offer. Most customers are stoked with what they receive. But no matter how much support we gave, nothing was ever going to be good enough for you — and now you’re trying to mislead others with this review.
