Will it bend stainless tube?
It is designed for softer tube like aluminium, copper and soft steel. Stainless is very hard to bend by hand.

What AN size is 3/8" tube?
3/8" tube is AN6. 5/16" suits AN5 fittings or adapters, 1/4" is AN4.
