Common Questions

Is there really nothing else to pay?
No. $199 covers the tracker, the SIM, five years of data and five years of app access. No monthly fee, no card on file, nothing more to pay for five years.

Do I need to buy my own SIM card?
No. The SIM is already fitted with five years of data loaded. That's the big difference between us and most "no subscription" trackers, which make you buy your own SIM and pay for data every month.

What happens after five years?
If you want to keep going, it's $99 for another five years of data and app access. That's under $1.70 a month. Or stop there. There's no contract, so it's up to you.

How many vehicles can I put on one account?
As many as you like. Every tracker you buy from us goes on the same login, so you see them all on one map.

Does it work on 12V and 24V?
Yes. It runs on anything from 9V to 90V, so it suits cars, bikes, boats, trucks and machinery.

What warranty do I get?
3 years. If it's faulty, we replace it. And if it doesn't work when it arrives, you get your money back.

Is delivery free? Can I return it?
Yes. Delivery is free Australia-wide, and you've got 30 days to return it.

Can I install it myself?
If you can find a switched ignition wire, yes — it's three wires plus an optional fourth. If you'd rather not, any auto electrician will have it in inside half an hour.

What's the fourth wire for?
That's the relay wire for remote engine cut-off. Wired in by an auto electrician, it lets you stop the vehicle being restarted from the app. Only use it once the vehicle is stationary — never on a moving car.

Will a thief find it?
That's the point of hardwiring it. It's the size of a cigarette lighter with no plug and no external aerial. And if they do find it and cut the power, the internal battery keeps it reporting and you get an alert straight away.

Does it drain the battery?
3.1mA asleep — next to nothing. On a car that sits for months a battery tender is still a good idea, as it would be anyway.

Will it work where I am?
Anywhere with 4G or 2G coverage, which is most of the country. Out of range it stores up to 6,000 positions and uploads the lot once it's back in signal.

Can I move it to another vehicle?
Yes — unwire it and refit it. The account and the data stay with you.
