Frequently asked questions

What size screen does this fascia take?
A 10 inch Android head unit. Check your unit's screen is the 10.1 inch frameless type before ordering, a 9 inch unit will leave gaps.

Do I need a wiring harness or CAN-bus adaptor?
Grab the harness option so you can plug straight into the factory loom without cutting. The 1996 to 2002 Surf doesn't use CAN-bus for the stereo, so most won't need a CAN adaptor, but if your car has a factory amp or other extras you may need an extra adaptor.

Is it hard to install?
If you can pull the dash trim off, you can do this. Remove the old stereo, clip the unit into the fascia, plug in the harness, aerial and power, then press the fascia home. Tucks Performance recommends a test run before you clip the trim back in.
