Twenty-plus years of Queensland sun turns the original ABS chalky and the vent vanes snap the moment you adjust them. Pull the surround gently and warm it with a heat gun on a cold day — the old clips shatter if you force them.

Note: Aftermarket replacement, not a genuine Toyota part. Later 100 Series builds used a different centre stack, so check the listing photos carefully. 12-month warranty.
