Screw or bolt each clamp through its base onto a flat surface or rack rail, spaced to suit the tool. Use two clamps per tool, one near each end.

Will they hold a full-size shovel off-road?
Yes, two clamps hold a long-handle shovel or axe firmly on corrugations. For heavy items like a high-lift jack add a strap as backup.

Are they UV and weather resistant?
