After 30-odd years in the Aussie sun, most old Hilux visors are cracked, sagging or flopping down in your face every time you hit a pothole. This grey replacement visor has a stiffer hinge that actually holds its spot, so you can see the road again.

Features:

  • Grey finish to suit the factory interior
  • Approx. 412 mm long x 130 mm high
  • Reinforced hinge rod to stop sagging and rattles
  • Comes with the mounting bracket and end clip
  • Choose left (passenger), right (driver) or a pair
  • Choose a leather-look card holder or a sunglasses / ticket clip as the bonus accessory
  • Card holder also available on its own, single or a pair for both visors

Fits: Toyota Hilux N80 / N90 / N100 ute (1988 to 1997) and Hilux Surf / 4Runner N130 (1989 to 1995/96), petrol and diesel. In a right hand drive Australian Hilux, the right visor is the driver's side. Check the mounting bracket against your old one before you start.

Frequently asked questions

How do I replace a sun visor on an old Hilux?
Undo the screws on the hinge bracket and the end clip, pull the old visor out, and screw the new one into the same holes. Ten minutes with a Phillips head.

Which side is left and which is right?
Left and right are as you sit in the seat. In an Aussie RHD Hilux the right visor is the driver's side, the left is the passenger's.

Will it fix a visor that keeps falling down?
Yes, that is exactly what the reinforced hinge is for. The new rod holds the visor up where you put it.
