Toyota Hilux N80 Slim Fender Flares 4” – Matte Black (2015–2024)

These slim-style fender flares are designed to suit the Toyota Hilux N80 (2015–2024) and give your ute a tougher, more aggressive stance without going over the top.

Styled similar to the GR Sport and Rogue guards, these flares feature a clean, flat profile with a vented front section — something a bit different and still new to the market.

They mount using the factory guard clips and high-quality double-sided tape. For best results, we recommend adding a small bead of automotive silicone (Sikaflex or similar) during install for extra security, especially if the truck sees dirt roads or off-road use.

Made from automotive-grade ABS plastic with a textured matte black finish, they’re durable, UV-resistant, and paintable if you want to colour-match later on.

Perfect for wider tyres, better stone protection, and cleaning up the overall look of your Hilux without needing to drill holes or cut guards.

▶Installation Method:

Step 1:  Clean & Heat: Thoroughly clean the installation area. Preheat the adhesive strip with a heat gun for a stronger bond.
Step 2:  Align & Partly Stick: Peel back 1-2 inches of tape from both ends. Align the fender's holes with your vehicle's original holes and install the clips.
Step 3:  Secure & Screw: Peel off the rest of the backing, press firmly, and install the provided screws (but don't tighten them yet).
Step 4:  Final Check & Tighten: Ensure the fender is perfectly aligned and has no gaps with the body. Then, press firmly and tighten all screws completely.
Step 5:  Don't wash the car within 72 hours. The glue will be cured after 48 hours.

1.HOLES DON'T MATCH? 
YOU MAY NEED TO DRILL NEW HOLES IN THE FENDER.
2.FACTORY MUD FLAPS? 
REMOVE THEM BEFORE INSTALLATION. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY, YOU CAN INSTALL DIRECTLY.
