Rear tailgate lock actuator for the LandCruiser 200 Series and Lexus LX570. Fixes a tailgate that will not unlock from the remote or the interior switch.

Fits: Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series 2008-2011 and 2013-2015, Lexus LX570 2008-2011. OE references 69350-60141 and 69350-60140.

The giveaway is a faint buzz or click from the tailgate with nothing happening. That is the motor spinning against a stripped plastic gear inside the actuator — no amount of lubricant fixes it. Do the job with the tailgate open and supported, and disconnect the battery first.
