It fits between the engine block and the oil filter and gives you extra ports to fit oil pressure and temperature gauge senders, without drilling the block.

What oil filter thread do I need?
Common filter threads are 3/4"-16 UNF (most American and many Japanese engines) and M20 x 1.5. Check your filter or engine spec and compare it with the thread adapter in the photos before ordering.

Does Australia use BSP or NPT?
Both turn up. Most American engine parts, gauges, pumps and senders are NPT, while some local and Euro gear is BSP. Check your port before you order, they do not interchange.
